2. Data we collect
Arbee collects the minimum data needed to run the learning product:
- Account data: sign-in provider, provider user ID, verified email when shared by Google or Apple, display name, language, role, and account status.
- Learning data: selected goals, roadmap progress, lessons opened, answers, correctness, elapsed time, mastery state, due reviews, and classroom assignments if used.
- App operations data: event IDs, event names, timestamps, concept IDs, learning item IDs, and non-sensitive properties needed for reliability and content quality.
- Payment or credit data if enabled: credit balance, transaction type, provider, reason, and reference ID.
- Support data: messages you send us by email or other support channels.
3. Sign-in providers
Arbee uses Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In. We verify provider identity tokens and then create a first-party Arbee session. Google and Apple process their own sign-in data under their own privacy policies.
4. How we use data
- To create and secure your Arbee account.
- To show lessons, practice, review schedules, and learning progress.
- To calculate mastery, due reviews, and next recommended actions.
- To improve content quality, identify difficult questions, and fix product issues.
- To respond to support and account deletion requests.
- To meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, and app-store obligations.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use student answers for advertising profiles.
- We do not require a password for Google or Apple sign-in accounts.
- We do not publish student-visible learning data without your action or an approved classroom workflow.
6. Storage and processors
Arbee is built on Cloudflare infrastructure. Learning data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and related Cloudflare services. App-store distribution, sign-in, and device platforms may involve Google, Apple, and their required services.
7. Retention
We keep account and learning data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we delete or anonymize account data and learning records within 30 days unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or legal reasons.
8. Children and students
Arbee is an education app for students. If a student is under the age required by local law to consent independently, a parent, guardian, school, or teacher must approve use of the app.
9. Your choices
- You can sign out from the app profile screen.
- You can request account deletion at /delete-account.
- You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing typosbro@proton.me.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when Arbee changes or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
