1. Acceptance
By using Arbee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you use Arbee for a student under your care, you confirm that you have authority to allow that student to use the service.
2. Arbee service
Arbee provides STEM learning materials, roadmap guidance, practice questions, prove-it quizzes, spaced repetition, progress tracking, and related education features for exam preparation.
3. Education disclaimer
Arbee is a learning aid. We work to keep lessons and questions source-grounded and accurate, but Arbee does not guarantee exam admission, scores, certificates, or official recognition by AP, DTM, Milliy Sertifikat bodies, schools, or government agencies.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate sign-in information through supported providers such as Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in provider account secure.
- You must not share, sell, or misuse another person’s account.
- We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, scraping, cheating, or security attacks.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, scrape, resell, or bulk export Arbee content without written permission;
- attempt to bypass payments, credits, access controls, rate limits, or security protections;
- upload harmful, illegal, misleading, or infringing material;
- use Arbee to harass, harm, monitor, or profile another person without permission;
- reverse engineer the app except where mandatory law permits it.
6. Content and intellectual property
Arbee, Ari, product design, learning flows, original explanations, code, and branding are owned by Milliy Technology or licensed to us. Source references remain owned by their respective owners. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use Arbee for learning.
7. Payments, credits, and subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription, in-app purchase, or credits. Prices, feature limits, renewals, refunds, and cancellation rules may be shown in the app store or inside Arbee when paid features are available. App-store purchases are also governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
8. Feedback
If you send suggestions, corrections, or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve Arbee without obligation to compensate you. We may still credit contributors when appropriate.
9. Termination and deletion
You may stop using Arbee at any time. You may request account deletion at /delete-account. We may terminate or restrict access when these terms are violated or when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbee is provided “as is.” Milliy Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exam-result-related damages arising from use of the service.
